Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Sleeping Porch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Sleep blissfully in one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms and you will wake up to the sound of a tropical bird paradise. This 2500 sq foot amazingly, spacious rental is only a two minute walk to the best beaches of Nosara and one of the most famous surf breaks around. It will comfortably accommodate a large family or a group of friends who are wanting the perfect getaway. Walk out onto one of two private enclosed verandas and surround yourself in lush tropical gardens. Take a refreshing dip in our hilltop pool while viewing the most extraordinary beach sunsets. Or relax and kick back in one of our comfortable ocean breeze hammocks. Walk across the road or down the beach for groceries, great food or a sunset cocktail. Or jump in your car and you are only minutes from all that Nosara has to offer..great restaurants, bars, shopping, surf rentals, and world famous yoga. If you love the outdoors take a trip to acclaimed Ostional Turtle Preserve where from Nov-March you can witness hundreds to thousands of baby turtles hatching.

Our beautiful equipped home is located at 'Condominium de las Flores'. It is in the midst of a wonderful international community and close to everything Nosara has to offer. Large fully equipped kitchen with updated granite countertops, beautifully furnished teak living room and dining room, huge master bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed and full private en-suite bath and two good sized guest bedrooms each with a double bed and shared bath. The pictures turned out a bit dark and don't do the place justice. Truly a beautiful place to stay!!!

Wonderful family trip

Our family of three had a wonderful time at this condo. The owner was a pleasure to deal with in discussing and finalizing the rental. The directions from Liberia airport are easy to follow (parking provided in locked garage). The listing is accurate, the condo is just like the pictures, and the condo is kept very clean. Did not need any on-site assistance as nothing went wrong or needed explanation. The gardens around the property are lovely and the location is very quiet. Lots of birds and monkeys to see and listen to. The pool is very nice and offers a view of the ocean and sunsets. Wireless internet worked well.

You are esentially on Playa Pelada (you can see the beach as soon as you exit the front gate). A beautiful beach with our favourite lunch spot Soda Olga (try the arroz con camerones - excellent). Purchase fresh fish from the small boats in the morning.

There are a several restaurants in town and a small store within walking distance. A 10 min drive to the larger grocery store in Nosara (as well as bank machine and gas station). There is an organic market < 10 min drive on Tue and Sat. The condo's kitchen easily accommodates preparing meals for a family.

The beach is beside the larger surf beach Playa Guiones - a 10 min walk along the shore or a 10 min drive along the road. Playa Guiones has lots of restaurants, shops and surf lessons/rentals (we used Juan at Juan's Surf shop and were extremely pleased). Daily public Yoga at the beautiful Nosara Yoga Institute.

Both of these beaches are spectacular.

We miss it already and are planning a return (but longer than a week next time). Highly recommended.

Best Vacation in a long time.

When we arrived it was just as they said. With ease and delight we settled in to the place and fell in love with its surroundings. With a huge kitchen and beautiful wide open floor plan it was better than home. It was so clean and meticulously maintained. The owner was beyond helpful in giving us information and ideas to make it a fabulous vacation. Extremely quite, we felt tucked away in paradise only few hundred feet from the sand. If you would like a fabulous vacation we definitely recommend this place. Close to some of the best yoga, cafes, and beautiful beaches we will definitely be back. Thanks again for the best vacation in a long time.

My husband, friend and I stayed at the villa in August of 2011. We had the time of our life. The villa is very spacious and the rooms are huge! The kitchen was very nice to have for making a snack and heading down to the beach. It is a very nice location for those that like to experience the local's life style. The beach is very nice to hike when the tide is low and always fun to swim in! It is a nice little cove that is usually fairly empty which was always a benefit. Every night we enjoyed laying in the hammock out on the patio before going to dinner down at Pancho's (you must go see Steve and Sean there! They have the best food!). The city is very nice and we always felt safe. I really miss waking up early in the morning, laying by the pool, reading my book and hearing the monkeys. IT is so fun because you are just surrounded by jungle! We are already trying to plan our next trip to the villa. It is a very nice, clean, furnished villa in a great location!
