Sag Harbor-look but can't use boats

Very clean inside and well maintained outside. Fresh linens on beds when we arrived-plenty of towels. Water views were lovely. Pool was very small-pictures were misleading. Kitchen was great-all applicances worked well enough space for a large group. Many TV's in most rooms! Except living room where we wanted to sit and read -nice and quiet-but there were no reading lights! One of the large upstair's bedrooms was disappointing with no closet and/or storage-looks like a walk in closet in the bedroom was kept locked by owner. No place for us to put anything. Bathrooms all looked new and fabulous except there were no hooks or places to hang towels, robes which we found challenging. And it was disappointing to have access to the water with a dock and not have access to one of the boats or a jet ski tied up by owner, did have a kayak, but kind of hard to put an elderly man in-wanted to take him fishing and couldnt. All in all, a very lovely house and would recommend it if you werent interested in going out on the water-and was content to just look at it.
Owner's Response: We are happy to report that since this review, all issues have been corrected. The pool was replaced this year with a brand new high-end spill pool and hot tub, much larger and nicer than before. The entire deck and outdoor space was redone. The storage issues in the master bedroom and bath have been corrected and there are towel hooks, draws and a hanging space for your clothes. A large TV has been added to the living room. Best of all, we now offer a small power boat for an additional rental fee. This property is truly unique and an Incredible value.
