  • From I-75 (in Michigan) take exit 282 - Gaylord M-32. Go West on M-32 for about 15 miles. You will wind through beautiful pine forests and go through the town of Elmira. After Elmira you continue for about one mile when you must turn left or right on 131. Turn right on 131, North, and follow this for about 8 miles into the town of Boyne Falls. In Boyne Falls there is a blinking yellow light. Turn left at this light which is M-75. Follow M-75 for about 6 miles into Boyne City. Go to the last light, the lake will be in front of you, and turn right. This is Lake Street. Follow this for about a half mile and you will see a Glenn's Grocery store on the right and shortly after that you will see gray condos on the left. Turn into these condos. The rental condo address is 619-B. The numbers are marked clearly on each group of garage doors. Walk through the walkway between the garage doors and 619-B is the upper unit on your left.

We had a nice time in this condo. This kids LOVED the loft with the built in beds, however, noise from downstairs traveled very easily, so my 3 year old refused to go to sleep while the older kids were still up (making noise!) This seems to be an older condo that has been refurbished. It was very clean, however, despite turning up the heat, it seemed to always be cold (it was 16 and windy outside). The open floor plan was nice and there were 3 TVs which easily accomodated everyone. I'd love to see this place in the summer with the beautiful lake and pool in back. Overall, this was a nice condo, especially for the price!
