This charming 1 bedroom Condo located in the West End of P-town, close to all yet quiet, the small complex has a heated pool with large patio for sunning. One assigned parking space as well as a bicycle rack make transportation a snap. Recently remodeled with pine floors, designer Roman Shade window treatments, designer furnishings, fresh paint and a wall mounted LCD/DVD TV with built in speakers this is your perfect Ptown home away form home. Situated on the top floor with a shared (with one other unit) large, private deck for outdoor relaxing, dining and cocktails. The former Captain's house is fenced for privacy and surrounded by gardens. This condo has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, separate living room with sofa sleeper, dining room, kitchen, and separate bath with sunken tub/shower combination. There is no maid service for the duration of the week.

This is the perfect P-town hideaway!

Wow just returned from our stay at your wonderful Ptown condo, the new improvements you recently completed on the condo really turned it into a show place. This is our second stay with you and it just keeps getting better. The condo now really shines and we were so comfortable you have all the right touches to make our stay both relaxing and memorable! Fabulous Apt in the west end of P-town

Great location, an easy 5-10 minute walk to center of town. It was quiet at night, entertaining during the day with a great pool, solarium and hot tub. Easy to get to from the highway. It was clean, updated furnishings, and such a nice welcome from the usual boring hotel room. We had a shared deck right outside our door which we used a lot, and also there are chairs and lunge chairs around the fabulous pool.

The owners are great to work with, they provided great information and customer service and seeing it was our first time as renters, they made it a breeze. We will definatley rent from them again.

In my honest opinion, it may be one of the best properties to have in p-town. A semi private pool, hot tub and solarium,(you share it with other guests on the property) and it was so close to town, yet far enough away that you could actually sleep. The grounds are well maintained, and it was clean! Friendly neighbors were an added bonus as well.

Big spacious bathroom, bedroom and living/dining room area. (I am 6'4 so this is sometimes a concern)

My only problem (and it wasnt a problem) was that the kitchen was small but seeing that I am a giant- i find this all of the time. It wasnt a problem.

I would give this an A+- as it had everything we wanted in a "home away from home" and was in a great location!
