One-bedroom apts with private bath, sleeps 1 to 4

Villa Vista Mar is a classic Spanish villa with spectacular ocean views. The attractive one bedroom apartments rent daily or weekly. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, private bath and balcony. We also have a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, tropical gardens, outdoor kitchen with barbeque, dining area and washer and dryer. We now offer free wireless Internet for use with your laptop. We're located in Playa Ocotal, on the spectacular Gulf of Papagayo and our villa is a short walk to two beaches. While enjoying the seaview from your room or balcony you can hear the sounds of the howler monkeys, parrots, and ocean waves. Your hosts, Ed and Lorrie Scanlan, live on the premises and offer personalized service and advice.

Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Playa Ocotal, Costa Rica

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $50-$100/night, $300-$600/week
  • December - April:
    $60-$100/night, $400-$600/week
    May - November:
    $50-$80/night, $300-$500/week
    Rates dependent on occupancy
    Please contact owners for additional accommodation details: We offer 3 one-bedroom apartments, of which two apartments sleep 4 people, and one apartment sleeps 2 people, which can be rented individually or combined.
    Reservations held by 50% deposit; balance due upon arrival. Sorry, no credit cards.
  • Special weeks of Christmas through New Years and the week prior to Easter (Semana Santa) are restricted to rental of all three apartments combined and the rate is $2,200 per week.
