The house is a new Cape with ell on a sunny lot in a quiet area. An open floor plan has a fireplace living room, den, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen, den, and dining room have a view. The kitchen has a granite eat-at-counter. The dining room opens onto a deck. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed. There is a laundry, a half bath, and an enclosed outside shower. The second floor bedroom looks over the marsh and bay with a queen-size bed. The East bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bath upstairs.

Location: Cape Cod < Massachusetts < USA

1 mile to Audubon Society, 1.3 miles to the bay beach, 2.5 miles to ocean beach. Close to the National Seashore Visitors Center. Area has many historic sites, walking trails, 2 miles to bike trail.
