The house is meticulously kept since the owners clean and service this home personally. The first floor Living with 32' T/V, Dining, and Kitchen are opened and are great for entertaining. The second floor has an open area family room with a 27 inch TV. We also provide a PlayStation 1 & 2 with games. There are unobstructed views of the lake from both the first and second floor. After a day at the slopes at Montage Mountain, soothe those tired muscles and relax in the outdoor hot tub which is always warmed upon your arrival.
The Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, pot rack with pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices for cooking, condiments in fridge, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, silverware, cappuccino/espresso maker, coffee maker, mixer, baking pans, knives, dish detergent, crock pot, dish towels, pot holders, Pyrex bake ware, plastic and ceramic ice tea pitchers, cork screw, barbecue grill utensils, coffee carafe, wine cellar. 3 bedroom & 2 baths.
Lake Activities!:
Take the Canoe for what will be one of the finest fishing experiences of your life! Our 150 Acre Lake is home to some of the Biggest Bass in the Poconos, Including 'Billy the Bucketmouth.' There are also huge Pickerel and Yellow Perch the size of Bass. We also have every species of Trout, Carp, Catfish, Crappie, as well as the 'Home of the 1LB. Sunfish'. So if you are a novice fisher or an experienced Angler, A Good Time Can Be had by All!
Take the Canoe to the Island located in the center of the Lake for some outdoor adventure. Enjoy some of the most beautiful wildlife the Poconos has to offer! Don't be surprised if you see a Bald Eagle crossing the Lake to his perch. We even have a beautiful Heron that visits us in Summer months. Also there are many species of Hummingbirds and Cardinals as well that can be seen via the outdoor bird feeder. Don't be surprised if you look out the window early morning and see a Beaver Building his dam across the lake, as well as many Deer and Ducks.
On Site Outdoor Activities:
Enjoy Dining by the Lake on the outdoor picnic table with umbrella. We provide lawn furniture as well. Enjoy a Lakeside fire in the Outdoor
Fire Pit. Play a game of Horseshoes, Bocce, sunbathe, just relax and enjoy the ambiance the lake has to offer. Fire up the Grill and make a Pitcher of Pina Coladas and enjoy while relaxing in the chaise lounge. Let the kids explore the wildlife of the lake and catch a frog or two.
On a hot summer day take a dip in the pristine spring fed lake in which you can see clear to the bottom. Let the Dogs cool off in the lake as well. Fishermen~ all persons age 15 and older must have a fishing license.
For our Winter Guests, don't be concerned about being snowed in! John personally attends to the plowing and removal of snow, to ensure you are able to get to the slopes! Ski, Snowtubing and Snow boarding at Sno Moutain, Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Go To~ WWW.SNOMTN.COM. Also visit the new waterpark located at Sno Mtn during the summer months.
Ski:
Ski Sno mountain, snowboard, snowtube, Cross country ski. Bring your snowmobiles! Jack Frost and Big Boulder are also a short ride from the house.
Ice skate or Ice fish right on the Lake! Weather permitting of course.

Local Golf Courses~ Wilkes Barre Golf Course is open to the public.
