Lake house with 250 ft. water frontage. Large covered dock. Very flat gentle walk to water. Two family size picnic tables. Kids room has 2 bunk beds and a futon. Large master with private bath. Large wood deck on upper level with sun room below. Close to all amenities listed. Great golf location, 8 courses within 30 min. The softly lit gazebo by a small waterfall and Koi pond is a nice place to read and relax. Boat launch and trailer storage very close. Toccoa has its own race track for some fun on Sat. nights.

The pictures of this house did not do it justice, the house was more beautiful than I was expecting, even after seeing the pictures. It was perfect for my small family reunion, the owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome in their vacation home. They even went way out of their way to deliver a pair of water skiis for us to borrow while we were there. We did not leave at all (except to get more food and drinks) because we were enjoying it so much. We barbequed on the porch overlooking the lake instead of going to restaraunts. We had a hard time leaving this wonderful home. I would highly reccommend this house. We plan to rent it again as soon as we can.
