Our three-storey house is situated in a tranquil traditional

Spanish seaside village, only 10 minutes from the newly-opened Zenia Boulevard, Costa Blanca's largest shopping centre. It offers:

-Sleeping: one king-size with a balcony, one double with en-

suite and one twin-bedded, all with built-in wardrobes.

-Luxury bathroom with twin marble hand basin and

overhead shower on the first floor, WC on the ground floor.

-Ample fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop and ceramic hob.

-Four spacious sun terraces, one of which overlooks the pool area. Top floor terrace with sea views.

Torre de la Horadada has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday. Its promenades, bars, restaurants, parks, health spa, supermarket, marina and beautiful sandy beaches along the 4-km coastline makes it self-contained and renders the car unnecessary. If you want to venture further afield, the cities of Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena are all less than an hour's drive. North and South of the village, the neighbouring towns of Torre Vieja, El Pilar, Lopagan, El Mojon and San Pedro, all within a quarter of an hour, offer a whole range of opportunities for day and night time entertainment to make your holiday more enjoyable, especially if you are staying for more than a few days. There are lovely scenic country walks easily accessible by car.

Golf Information:: There is easy access to a number of superb golf courses, such as Villamartin, which was host to the Spanish Open in 1985; Las Ramblas, perhaps the hardest of all, renown for its stunning scenery; and Campoamor, a more forgiving course, also with spectacular views. These courses are about 15 minutes away by car. Other courses, such as Quesada, La Finca at Algorfa and the world-famous La Manga, are within half an hour’s drive.

Murcia is becoming increasing popular with Spanish and Northern European holiday makers and the authorities' are determined to make the region Europe's golf capital.

Beautiful area of Spain

We loved the accomadation, we had 3 three teenagers with us, so there was plenty of room for all the make up and clothes. Loved the bedroom on the top floor, balconies either side of the room. The house was well maintained and equipt. We worried that they may not be enough for the teenagers to do, but there was plenty. The beaches were fantastic, the Marina was beautiful. Lots of great places to eat or just have a drink. It was very family orientated, which we loved. I would definately suggest my friends visit, I know we hope to return.

Great Location

Knowing the area well and requiring a place to stay at short notice we were pleased to find this accomodation. It is ideally located for the supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the square, harbour and beach.
The accomodation is spacious having 3 generous bedrooms and is conveniently situated with the back overlooking the pool and having direct access to it.
We found the accomodation to be clean, although a little basic - but everything you needed for your holiday was there.
We would visit and use this property again.

Fantastic House in a Perfect Location

We have stayed in this house a twiceand still love it. It is large and airy, with all mod cons. We have breakfast on the front terrace - not the worlds greatest view, but great for watching the world go by. We have dinner in the back terrace - again blank white walls, but as the sun goes down and the BBQ is lit, it is bliss!

The house is clean and has everything you'd want. Dave & Denise who live round the corner and hold the keys couldn't be more helpful.

Torre de la Horadada is a fantastic small town. Mostly made up of Spanish holiday homes, so it is quiet during the week but comes alive with a bang at weekends. The sea front and marina is gorgeous. Have the Menu del Dia in Vista Mar on the sea front & a drink in one of the Spanish bars in the town square.

If you want quiet seaside Spain, this is it. But all the ex-pat communities are close by with a car, if you want that too.

superb property suitable for two families. We stayed in this property for two weeks in July 08. It was very close to pubs, supermarkets, plaza (5 mins walk) and restaurants. The pool area was fantastic and kept to a very high standard and totally safe for children. The local beach was the best we found in the area also. Highly recommended..

Excellent!!!

In a group of six we stayed in the villa for the first week of April. I have to say the pictures dont do justice to how nice the villa really is and how clean and well maintained it was. The location was perfect walking distance to an array of restaurants I would recommend lilys. The supermarket is a stone throw away and any other ammenities are easily reached. I have been to many beaches in Spain but the many that are very close to the accomandation are beautiful and clean. Communication between the owners was quick and efficient and provided with us with a lot of useful information which enabled us to enjoy our stay straight from the off. Very likely to return and would strongly recommend!!!!

Torre de la Horadada is a beautiful Spanish village situated at the southernmost end of Costa Blanca. Thanks to its privileged location next to the province of Murcia and Costa Calida (five minutes away), this area enjoys a very special micro climate, often with higher temperatures than those of the rest of Costa Blanca. An added bonus is Torre’s proximity to the Mar Menor, Europe’s largest sea lagoon renowned for its shallow warm waters and mud baths. The area is very cosmopolitan and very popular with Spanish holiday makers, many of whom have their own holiday homes there. The house is within an easy walking distance of the local amenities: lovely bars and quality restaurants, beautiful flue-flag beaches and promenades. The local supermarket is only 150 yards away and there are plenty of other shopping and sports facilities within a five-mile radius. Other local attractions include salt water lakes, where flamingos can be seen, and therapeutic mud bathing.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans and are well lit. The sofa bed is very comfortable. Other facilities include broadband connection (at an extra charge of 10 Eurosper week), iron/ironing board and cool box. Please note that beach towels are not provided. With its east-facing position the house captures plenty of sunshine in the morning/early afternoon at the front and from late morning at the back. The rear patio backs onto the swimming pool area, only a few steps from the back door, allowing you to sunbathe more privately after your swim. For your security and peace of mind, the property is alarmed.
