Lake Keowee is unaffected by the drought and there is deep water at the dock. 'Serenity Place' is a 6400 square foot home located on beautiful Lake Keowee with a beautiful view of the water. The home has a private boat dock and a short and easy walk to the lake (about 50 yards). There are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and a maximum occupancy of 12 people. The house is on 3 levels, has a 2 car garage, fully equipped kitchen, and gorgeous sun room overlooking the lake. On the lower level you will find a spacious den with TV, DVD & game table and various games and puzzles. In the game room there is an air hockey and Foosball table, and in another adjoining den is a pool table along with ping pong table. There is a picnic table by the dock, two decks overlooking the lake, and a gas grill. The house has a crib, high chair and playpen. Internet cable/wireless service provided, and a quiet office with a desk on main level of home.

This is an awesome rental! I highly recommend it. The view of the lake is great and the porches are inviting. The bedrooms are comfortable. It is a wonderful home away from home. We have rented from this owner every year for almost 10 years. The homes are always clean, neat, and well maintained.

From initial contact, scheduling, check-in, and check-out Marcia McNamee was a pleasure to work with. Facility is outstanding and exceeded expectations. Clean and well maintained. Very large ... 12 people can get lost here. Prime location on south end of Lake Keowee. Grocery stores close by. Nearest boat ramp at marina 2.5 miles away. Usage fee for ramp is $7.00 (4 for trailer storage). First time to lake - beautiful water (visibility 10+ feet) ... I'm sold ... will be moving here in the future.

You can stop your search for the perfect rental on Lake Keowee-this is it!!! The house is picture perfect. There are large bedrooms & bathrooms galore - plenty of "private space" and massive amounts of "group space!" The living room is large, lovely, and comfortable with a lovely view of the grounds, the lake, and sailboats....the downstairs is just waiting for a party with a pool table, television, and ping pong table (not to mention the foosball and airhockey and separate complete kitchen....). The dock is lovely for enjoying and fishing...the house is very pretty and spacious...this is just the perfect week or weekend! There is even a baby room with a crib, off of a large bedroom. The house is spotlessly clean and modern. The location is marvelous - situated on a perfect quiet cove on the south end of the lake, and close to the action if that's where you are headed. The owner is super and very responsive and friendly. I just can't recommend Serenity Place enough! Mindy

Our gospel singing group rented this house for a weekend to reconnect with eachother since we now live in several states. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! There was plenty of room and even tho it rained we had fun!! The house was clean and the owners are top notch to work with. If you are looking for a really nice place to rent to relax this is a VERY nice place.
Thanks for everything!!!!!!!!!! You all were great!
