Crisp, clean, recently renovated, newly decorated, free-standing beach cottage with awesome ocean views from living room or deck & private swimming bay practically at your doorstep. Step into this beach retreat & enjoy all the comforts of home. All the amenities you'd expect including new mattresses on all beds & brand new queen sleeper sofa. An additional bonus is parking for 2 cars right next to your unit. Enjoy swimming & relaxing during the day & beautiful sunsets at nightfall. A small piece of paradise we'd like to share with you. Sorry, no pets per condo rules. Recently added air conditioning. Smoking & candles allowed--please exercise usual precautions.

A Real Gem!

We rented this property for a week in September and upon our arrival we were pleasently surprised! What a wonderful cottage! Loved the loft-what a nice touch.
Although we were pretty much the only couple in the condos, it was exactly what we wanted.
The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have wanted right at our fingertips-towels, extra blankets all the things we needed to cook! Great bedrooms, bathroom and steps away from the beach.
We would not hesitate to look into renting this cottage again!
Rent it and ENJOY!!
Visited P-Town (don't miss it!) Great restaurants and lots of shopping.

Spectacular location! Clean & Comfy Cottage!

Our 2nd year here just this past June. The cottage was in fabulous condition, as usual, with fresh linens and plenty of towels readily available. Obviously well cared for with lovely accents and attention to detail. (I have to restrain myself from taking the painting in the master bedroom home.) Immaculately clean. All the amenities of home, including gas grill, readily available. Location just 2 miles outside of P-town is just perfect for biking into town and access to both Race Point and Herring Cove Beach, with Head of the Meadow just up Rt. 6. The cottage itself is situated just steps away from the beach on Cape Cod Bay with unbelievable views of Provincetown. Patio furniture and picnic table provide the perfect setting for outdoor socializing. You can see an amazing number of stars at night while sipping coctails.

I would most highly recommend this cottage to anyone who loves the outer Cape (who wouldn't?) and wants to get away from the crazy traffic of Hyannis, Dennis and Falmouth, but still be close to terrific shopping and art galleries, entertainment and fine dining. The Lobster Pot has the BEST CHOWDA IN THE WORLD! And I've had chowda everywhere! Don't miss Art's Dune Tours and make sure to catch a whale watch.

The owners are unbelievably responsive and sensitive to the renters needs. When we called for a new tank for the grill after the propane ran out, it was there within the hour. The pricing is exceptionally reasonable considering the location and amenities (including a wee little washer/dryer combo!). My family and I hope to enjoy many, many more summers vacationing at this little bit of paradise only about 90 minutes out of our homes in Boston. Couldn't recommend more~!

Beautiful Truro

This is a nice cottage and it is very well appointed and stocked. It was very clean upon arrival and easy to keep that way through our stay. The location cannot be beat as it is very close to P-Town and essenatially right on the bay. My only small points for thought would be that the outdoor furniture could be more comfortable for lounging and we could not find the umbrella for the deck to provide any afternoon shade. All in all, a great rental cottage.
