It has a Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, recessed bunks in the hallway and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy free Wi-Fi.

Newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. It is fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Tile floors throughout the unit! Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 units. It is conveniently located between Destin and Miramar beach right on Scenic Hwy 98, just a few minutes drive to the new Destin Commons, Rave Movie Theatres, Silver Sands Factory Outlets, golf courses, great restaurants and much more!

When we purchased this property in 2005, what most attracted us to the unit was the location. You are so close to everything... shopping, putt putt, movies, bowling, etc. The best feeling in the world is turning into Scenic 98, you feel instantly relaxed. Within a few minutes you're at Summerspell, and you know you're on vacation. We try to do our best to make our unit as comfortable and as updated as possible. We wanted a home away from home. We hope you enjoy our unit as much as we do!

Wow !! Not only was this unit immaculate, but it was tastefully decorated, totally comfortable, & contained everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach !! The view from the balcony was amazing, complete with comfy chairs & a small dining table for two, making breakfast & dinner a delightful experience. Access to the beach was just across the street, which made daily walks very convenient. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall was less than 5 minutes away; & multiple restaurants, the local shopping mall, & movie theatre were less than 15 minutes down Hwy 98.

I would highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a weekend, week-long, or month-long escape . . . it's the best !! Be sure to bring your own beach chairs or blankets, though, as no beach cards are provided for chairs & umbrellas.
