This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the second floor of the popular Summerspell complex, and has a beautiful view of the Gulf. It has a Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, recessed bunks in the hallway and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy free Wi-Fi when you stay with us. Summerspell #204 has a newly remodeled bathroom (new in '09) and is fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Tile floors throughout the unit! Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 units. It is conveniently located between Destin and Miramar beach right on Scenic Hwy 98, just a few minutes drive to the new Destin Commons, Rave Movie Theatres, Silver Sands Factory Outlets, golf courses, great restaurants and much more!
