Winter Season is full. Now renting for the Spring and Summer 2008
* * * * * * * * Wonderful White Mountain condo containing 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 kitchens, 2 eating areas, 2 living rooms, loft and even a spare room. You’ll feel right at home at this unit. Adults will have plenty of privacy and kids will have room for fun. Fully applianced kitchen (and kitchenette) has everything you need to prepare great meals. Plenty of firewood to supply the fireplace and woodstove. We have 3-cable TV’s, 2-DVD players and a 4th TV set up for games with a Playstation. Sit on the deck and relax enjoying the view of Loon Mountain. You’ll have full, free access to the Village Swim, Fitness & Tennis Club that has 4 pools, 4 hot tubs, sauna, 12 tennis courts, exercise, game rooms & more. Loads of activities and restaurants available in the area. Linens and towels are provided. Great for 2-3 families.
Location
The condo is located in Lincoln, NH at Clearbrook Resort, a mountainside village which is located on the Kancamagus Highway. It's less than a mile from Loon Mountain which offers a variety of activities. It's close to all the White Mountain attractions including Clark's Trading Post, the Hobo Railroad, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale Water Park, Conway Scenic Railroad, Mt. Washington Cog Railway, Flume Gorge and the Polar Caves. Lincoln is home to many fine restaurants, shops and businesses. Travel across the scenic Kancamagus to the outlet stores in N. Conway and Story Land. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 bunk bed, full bath, fireplace in living room, cable TV, DVD player, kitchenette and washer-dryer.
2nd level has a fully applianced kitchen, large dining area, 1 bedroom with two sets of bunks, 1 full bath, wood stove, large living room with cable TV, DVD player, washer-dryer and sliders to the deck.
3rd level has 1 full bath and 2 bedrooms both with queen beds (master bedroom has cable TV). This unit also contains an additional room for storage, an entry foyer for jackets & shoes & a loft area that has an additional TV with a PlayStation. Unit comes with plenty of firewood.
