Wake up to the sounds of the surf from our spacious New England 8 room center entrance colonial with great ocean views located across from the sands of Jenness Beach. Our home has been updated with a white bead-board fully equipped kitchen, gleaming hardwood floors, energy efficient thermopane windows and doors. The downstairs has a large eat in kitchen, sun room, casual blue and yellow living room, dining room with built in china closet, full granite/tile bath and laundry area. Four bedrooms (two of which open onto a large second floor deck overlooking the ocean) can sleep ten people. Master Bedroom has queen size bed; Second Bedroom has full size bed;Third Bedroom has two twin beds; Fourth Bedroom has two bunk beds. An additional full granite/tile bath is also upstairs. This special home has a two car garage to store your beach toys and a wonderful private treed yard enclosed by a white picket fence. Walk across the street to your fun day at the beach! No smoking/No Pet

Additional information about rental rates

  • WINTER LONG TERM RENTAL is $1995 per month January through April 2010 plus utilities (basic phone, basic cable, and lawn maintenance are provided). Less than full rental period is negotiable...call for rates. A satisfactory credit check and one month's security deposit is required for winter rentals. Weelky rentals (Saturday to Saturday)--if available --are at our off season rate of $1,500. per week + 9%NH tax + $500 security. Our home is professional cleaned prior to your arrival at no additional charge.
  • WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS - Saturday to Saturday -50% nonrefundable deposit is due when contract is signed. Remaining balance is due by May 1st. $500 security deposit is required(refundable within 30 days of stay pending no damage ). Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival at no additional charge.

We enjoyed our stay at the rental very much. We were in town for a fall wedding- it was easy to get around and in between we enjoyed the beautiful beach and the comforts of this home. We were minutes from a few great restaurants and Rye Harbor. Great communication with the owner, everything was just as they said it would be. What a beautiful time of year to enjoy Rye, Kittery and Portsmouth.

Great House On Ocean Road Rye

As always, we had a wonderful time at this great house in Rye NH. House has everything a vacationer and/or family could want - ample space, fully equipped kitchen, GREAT location, close to lovely beach, Portsmouth, Maine, Boston (1 hour). Host family has provided info on local sights and restaurants and did we mention the house is great??? All this and no sales tax in NH (good shopping in Portsmouth and Hampton). Deck great for sun and cocktails. Really, a wonderful place to spend a week or two or more. Thanks J&J!

I stayed here with a group of friends mid-March and had a fabulous time exploring the surrounding areas and the beach... everything was so conveniently located, and the neighborhood really pleasant to walk through. The house was well kept up and stocked with everything you might need to make the most of a week at the coast... the beds were super comfy and there was more than enough room for all of us. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Our family enjoyed the time spent together in this lovely beach property. It was very comfortable, attractively decorated, and well equipped. The owners were responsive to our questions and very helpful. This was especially important to us since it was winter time!
I would recommend it without reservation.
