The apartment was renovated in spring 2014. It is located 50 meters from the Cours Mirabeau, District Mazarin and the Grand Theatre de Provence.

The large terrace of 20 square meters is lined with tall shrubs, sun loungers allow to rest.

The living room floor as well as 2 bedroom beech flooring gives a warm and charming character to this spacious, functional and bright. A large sliding window of the lounge overlooks the terrace.

The 3 rooms have a desk and large closets. They are equipped with new bedding and upscale.

The kitchen is equipped with new household electronic appliances, it is functional and spacious Roundtable dining area overlooks a large linden alley. The living room and two bedrooms overlook the terrace. The third bedroom overlooks a quiet street. You will be amazed by the calm of this apartment in the heart of the city center in the most exclusive area of ​​Aix en Provence. You will find all the shops and restaurants on site including a store open until 21 pm and on Sunday morning for food and groceries. Books, magazines, board games, information on attractions, green plants, post Matisse, Cezanne, Macke, Monet ... will allow you to feel at home. There are also very powerful fans in each room that can cool off substantially during the months of July and August.

The day of arrival, access to the apartment is very convenient due to its proximity to the bus station which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are buses every 20 minutes from the train station, the airport and the bus station in the center of Aix.

The appartment is very well located, quiet in downtown, you can go everywhere without a car.

the large terrace with bushes is a good place to have a rest...The GTP ( great theater of Provence)

is at 100 meters from the appartement...

the grocery Monoprix at 50 meters, open untill 9 pm and on sunday morning is very practicle to buy everything for the lunches at the last moment...

we can park easily your car in the very secure basement of the building .

What makes this apartment unique

The appartment is like a new one, it's the first time ( on may) it's rent for holydays for one week or more...each bedroom has a desk, large cupboards and chair, they have nice coloring walls..

the beds are news and very good quality.

the bedrooms are far from each other and quiet.

the district is pedestrian ...two bedrooms give on the terrace, the other one give on a very quiet little street. you don't need any car to visit Aix and the Provence if you want because the bus station is at 5 minutes walking from the appartment....

It's also at 5 minutes from the famous cours Mirabeau and Mazarin district, the nicest old place with mervellous mansions in Aix...

Idyllic two weeks at Corinne's place in Aix

We are four people who just returned from Aix-en-Provence after spending 15 nights at this apartment. It is so nice, just as you see in the pictures. Modern, convenient, clean. It is in a building that includes a boulangerie that is open late and early (for Aix). Across the street is a supermarket. It is a block from the Rotonde so it is ideally located for roaming the streets of Aix.

My husband has difficulty walking so it was perfect for him. It has an elevator to both the street level and the underground parking space (which we used as we rented a car to go on day trips). It has a walk-in shower, which is very helpful for him as it is dangerous for him to climb over the side of the tub to take a shower. The historical district is close enough that he could walk there. I was very happy to find this place for him and highly recommend it for those with disabilities.

Corinne, the owner, is great to work with. She responded to emails promptly. A minor problem with the dryer developed and she came right over to help me sort it out. On our last day there, she took the time to meet with us for a glass of wine in the cafe that is located in the building and we enjoyed her company very much. Thank you, Corinne, for your hospitality!

Fantastic stay!

We spent a week at Corrine's apartment with children and it was perfect! Large, clean, new, bright, and fully equipped - the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was superb. Easy access to the bus terminal for Marseilles airport, and right next to stores, restaurants, the main drag, and the tourism office. Corrine's level of service went above and beyond the call. I stupidly left my cell phone charging in the kitchen when we rushed off to catch our plane. Corrine ran down to the bus terminal to try to catch us in time in order to return it. We would go back to Aix and this apartment in a heartbeat.

Fantastic!

I was travelling to Aix for a family event and required an apartment that would be comfortable for a six people. I was travelling with my husband, daughter, sister, nephew and mother, ranging in ages from 4 years old to 80 years old. The apartment was perfect! It was in a perfect location, quiet, safe and close to all amenities, the Cours Mirabeau and the Marche. The apartment was very well equipped and everything was easy to operate. It is walking distance from the train station and the bus terminal with easy access to the Marseille Airport and TGV station. We shopped almost daily at the Monoprix and the Patisserie/Boulangerie downstairs.

The red bedroom had an ensuite and was separated from the rest of the apartment by two doors and was very private. It had access to the balcony. It was equipped with two single beds but my husband and I pushed them together and were very comfortable. The other side of the apartment was also separated from the living room/dining room and kitchen by a door and had two very comfortable beds I believe a double and queen a bathroom with a tub/shower and a separate toilet. The linens were clean and comfortable .The whole apartment is much larger and brighter than it appears in the photos and if the weather is good the balcony provides a lot of extra space.

Corrine our host was warm and friendly. She obviously takes pride in her apartment and wants her guest to be comfortable. She offered tips and was easy to contact if needed.

I give this apartment the highest rating possible as I could not find anything to fault it on.

Very pleasing--- would recommend!

My husband and I spent 3 delightful weeks in this apartment from 9/28 to 10/20 of 2014. It is in a great location--- very near the Monoprix and also close to the Tourists office where various tours of the area can be purchased! Both the owner and her son are very helpful and English speaking. We enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastique-bien situe/equippe,super-propre!

Appartement fantastique, super-propre et bien equippe, calme mais pres de tous les attractions d'Aix. Tout-a-cote d'un monoprix, une boulangerie et un café/resto. Moins de 5 minutes a pies de l'office de tourisme, de cours Mirabeau et de la gare routiere. Une terasse charmante pour prendre une coupe de vin rose frais avec des amis, que nous avons bien utiliser!

Nous l'avons encontre par chance et nous etions tres heureux pour ca!

English: Excellent apartment, fully equipped and super-clean, less than 5 minutes from the hustle-bustle, the tourist office and ameneties but in a quiet corner of town. Beautiful large balcony for relaxing with friends and a glass of chilled Provencal rose wine. Supermarket, bakers, coffee shop -all just opposite. Ideal for exploring the town. Could not fault it and a charming owner!

Monoprix grocery store is 30 meters from the apartment, it is opened up to 21 hours as well as Sunday morning. Also located at the foot of the building, a wine shop that sells a wide selection of French wines and who can advise you in your tastings.
