Fully maintained and cared for, luxury features, just two blocks from Duval and Mallory Square in Old Town Key West, a two story townhome located in the Truman Annex with a private backyard. It will delight you with its charm, central location and private setting. There are two master suites each with its own balcony and full bath. There is a washer and dryer and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, blender, and the living room has a 32' cable TV with VCR and DVD.

OUTSTANDING PLACE-- Location Looks & more Location

This has to be one of the nicest places I have stayed on vacation. Having traveled around the world and stayed at may vacation homes. This has to be one the best maintained places I have stayed. One can tell the owner really cares about their guest and therefore maintain the property at a 5 start level.

The home has an outstanding location in the Truman Annex which is walking distance many fun activities. Key West itself is fun with none stop activities from fishing to jet skiing but when you are able to curl up a read a book on your downtime that saying a lot. At this home you are close to the action but still have your privacy with a large tropical garden off the back patio. There is a ton of color throughout the house, 3 breezy patios to curl up, 3 bikes, a pool and snorkels for uses at the Zack Taylor State Park. Really what else do you need?

We had a blast, have visited several times and will return again because of the ability to live like you are at home but with the excitement of being on vacation. I would highly recommend this home. Only wish we could have stated longer.

Best location in Key West

This property along with the owners Bruce and Margaret made our vacation the best yet. This house was perfect for two couples and had every amenity plus some! No dealing with traffic as this house is within a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, Mallory Square, Hemingway House, and so on. The house provides quiet tranquility and relaxation away from the nightlife but also allows for a quick walk to the party on Duval. Bruce and Margaret provide every travel brochure, map, restaurant menu, etc. allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation without a single worry. I will certainly be renting again if we return to Key West and we are spreading the word to family and friends about this great place. One must do in Key West... Wave runner tour around the entire island. It was the best activity of the week! Enjoy.

Great vacation home for 2 couples

We truly enjoyed staying at this home for our visit to Key West. It was located just close enough to be able to walk to any of the major attractions of Key West (Duval Street, Mallory Square, Ft. Zachery Talor Beach, Hemingway's home, Truman's Little White House) yet it was far enough away that the time we did spend on the back porch or either balcony was quiet and relaxing. It was perfect for 2 couples. We also appreciated all of the information provided by the owners for restaurants to dine in or activities to do while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunset Sail on the Liberty Clipper. We will definitely visit again!

Excellent Property

The pictures certainly do not do this property justice. It is meticulously well maintained and beautiful. All the amenities were included. Bring your shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops and you're ready to go. I am deploying to Iraq in one week. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay prior to deployment. The location is two blocks from anything you could possibly want to do. Owners provided excellent customer service, and were available for any inquiries. Only one drawback which is temporary. Construction is going on outside the wall of the complex. Could not sleep in. However, it appears the work is almost complete. If you're looking for an excellent property close to all entertainment, look no further.
