This wonderful, oceanside, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath family vacation home is located on one acre in the desirable Gull Pond Village, near pristine Gull Pond and a 4 minute drive to Newcomb Hollow, Cahoon Hollow, and White Crest ocean beaches. The first floor features: a large kitchen; a separate large dining area; an attached glassed-in sun porch; a large cathedral ceiling living room with brick fireplace, large screen TV, internal stereo speaker system, VCR/DVD; a half bath w/washer and dryer, and a private master bedroom with king-size bed and a full bath. The second floor has 3 large, airy bedrooms with TV/VCR/DVD players, and a full bath with skylight. The outside has a deck with glass table/ umbrella, 4 table chairs and one lounge, a new gas propane grill, and a fully enclosed private outside shower. Recent improvements include new kitchen and bathroom countertops, new carpeting, new painting throughout the house, and new outside landscaping and plantings.
