Newly renovated condo in the beautiful beach front Residences in Hollywood Beach. Just 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport and minutes from downtown Miami, the Residences on Hollywood Beach, 3001 S. Ocean Drive, was completely renovated in 2005 to revitalize the look and feel. The condo contains all the amenities anyone can ask for including a beautiful secluded heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, surrounded by lounge chairs, and an oceanfront cabana eager to serve. This magnificent building offers an array of amenities including 24 hr. valet parking, doorman, 24 hour security, dry cleaning, and a modernized fitness center. With a beautiful ocean view from the dining room one can step out on to the new glass porch and gaze upon the serene pool view. The condo, with brand new kitchen, contains all new appliances and all new furniture purchased in 2005.

It could not be in a more central area, South Beach, Las Olas, Ft. Lauderdale, and downtown Hollywood cafe are all just minutes away from you. Walk to the Westin Diplomat and enjoy fine dining at Niki marina a great and famous night spot. The famous Bel Harbour Mall is just minutes away! Or walk Hollywood beach's famous 4 mile boardwalk with outdoor cafes and other entertainment or visit Hollywood's Hard Rock Hotel and Casino which just opened with great clubs and games. There is to many things to do and not enough space to tell you in, but come see for yourself and you won't regret it.
