A presto! Francesca, Giovanni e Giacomo
We come to Rome once a year and we were very pleased to know a new area and this apartment. You can feel at home, it doesn't seems a rental property, but something like your best friend's apartment, lived by him. So we enjoied our stay and we are calling the helpful and nice owners for the next time,
Domus Costanza is a wonderful place to live. The flat is spacious and
comfortable, and the bedroom is huge and very bright, with lovely
views. It is quiet, but near many amenities (including a cinema round
the corner) and services, and is conveniently located close to Villa
Ada, the Church of S. Agnese, and the mausoleum of S. Costanza.
Furthermore, you can easily get to the city centre by taking the Metro
at the Annibaliano stop and the many buses going to the Stazione
Termini. I greatly enjoyed my time there!
We didn't know the location and we though we were far from the main places, only when we arrived we discovered the district and its value! The metro B1 and the buses lat you move everywhere, however you have to visit Priscilla Catacumbs and the Villa Ada in the neighborhood, a must.
Apartment clean and perfect for our party, 5 adults.
Owners really helpful, higlhy recommended their tips :)
The refined area beside Villa Ada, Within 1 km to Villa Borghese and its Museum, is the quite, safe and ideal location to spend few days in Rome for sightseeing and enjoy our apartment and the context. Shops, restaurants, cinemas and grouceries wait for you everywhere outside the historical building on Piazza Verbano, the main square of the district. The newest meter of Rome, line B1, Allows to move quickly around the city having no trouble to find the most famouse places. Also, two lines of local bus let you be connected to the City Hall (Piazza Venezia - Coliseum) and to Termini Train Station with just 15-20 minutes: you have only get off at the end of the bus line. Durig your stay, do not miss to visit the Priscilla's Catacumbs and Villa Ada, where you can rent a bike or have your jogging.
Do you like the Italian wines? Try the local restaurants in the neighborhood, you will be happy to find blackberries choices.
