Beautiful St Augustine 2/2 condo 600 ft walking distance to the ocean. Ocean view from the second floor bedroom and terrace. Includes a full size one car garage which is a rare find. Complex has very nice landscaping and includes a swimming pool. Unit is two stories with the bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Second bedroom has a view of the ocean. Unit is located East of A1A Unit is fully furnished and turn key for rental. Just bring your tooth brush and clothes and enjoy all that St Augustine has to offer including beautiful beaches you can drive on and wonderful historic sites downtown 10 -15 minutes. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping near by the condo. Complex has on onsite resident manager. No smoking or no pets.

Nearby citiies Jacksonville is a 45 minute drive, Daytona Beach, 45 minutes. The Orlando theme parks are approx 1 1/2 hour drive.
