Spacious, modern 4 bedroom apartment - RATES VARY ACCORDING TO NUMBER OF GUESTS

We have been successfully letting our properties since 2003. The 'Las Pergolas'' apartments are now ''THE'' place to stay.The building is stylish & modern & has wheelchair access. Both properties are south/west facing with very sunny balconies which have sun until sunset. Each has SAT.TV - Large Flat Screen TV - Full AIR-CONDITIONING & Wi-Fi. The kitchens are fully fitted & well equipped for those who wish to cater for themselves. Laundry areas with automatic machines & tumble dryers. Master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are furnished with double or king size beds & have access to the balcony; all other bedrooms have twin beds. All bathrooms have baths & showers. The large pool is set in landscaped gardens & has a separate kiddies pool, there is a large terrace by the pool with sun loungers provided. Designated parking in the secure underground garage with a lift to the apartments. Both use the same entrance/lift making them ideal for larger family groups, wedding & Golf parties. AIRPORT TRANSFER.: Your options are -

TRAIN - costing less than 3 Euros per person, trains leave the airport every 20 minutes, journey time is 25 minutes and the walk from the station to the apartment is an easy one. Detailed directions provided to help you locate the property.

TAXI - cost approx. 35 Euros. Always available in front of the arrivals hall.

AIRPORT PICK UP - We can also arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken to the apartment - charge applies depending on group size - please ask us for more details.

The apartment has easy access to the A7, which takes you to all the major attractions and golf courses on the Costa del Sol. If you have a hire car there is a designated underground parking place with a lift to the apartment. Although with everything you need so close to the apartment A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY.

IDEAL LOCATION. Los Boliches centre, where you will find banks/cash points, chemist, post office etc is less than 10 mins walk, and just around the corner there is a large supermarket, all making life easy and therefore your stay enjoyable.

THE BEACH and promenade with all its tapas bars, restaurants and shops is a very easy 500 mts walk. The location is perfect for anyone who wants forget about driving and enjoys a glass or three in the evening. Many of the bars offer entertainment, with either cabaret or large screen televisions showing the important sporting event of the day.

ATTRACTIONS.: There are many attractions within easy reach of ‘Las Pergolas’. ‘Selwo’ Safari Park 45 min. Tivoli World (fun fair) 20 min. ‘Sea life’ with dolphin show 20 min. Fuengirola Zoo 10 min. A cable car to the top of the mountain with breathtaking 360º views 15 mins. ‘Parque Aquatico’ (water park) 15 min. The largest weekly street market on the Costa del Sol is 10 min walk. During the summer months many artists and performers exhibit their work on the promenade making this a very lively place for an evening stroll.

Puerto Banus with its designer shopping and busy nightlife the place to see and be seen. 25 min

Marbella again famous for its restaurants and clubs, the holiday choice of royalty and film stars 20 min.

Malaga City is well worth a visit day or night and is easily reached by train from Los Boliches, the train terminates in the heart of Malaga. Malaga is full of history that can be seen via an open top city bus. Join the bus just outside of the train station in Malaga.

Benalmadena & Arroy de la miel are easily reached on the train - visit the theme park 'Tivoli World' or see the dolphin shows.

It has marble floors throughout with ceramic tiles in wet areas. The fully fitted kitchen is finished with granite work surfaces & has oven & hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, juicer etc. The dining table extends for larger groups who wish to dine at home. Cots & high chairs can be provided. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms & the lounge/diner, Wi-Fi Internet access in the apartment. Everything you will need to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable is just a short walk from the apartment. We understand how important your holiday is so we chose this apartment because of it's ideal location, minutes from the beach and town center and the south west facing balcony which has sun from morning until sunset. The building is very well maintained and the apartment is spacious, modern and fully equipped. Quick and economical transfer from the airport on the train. Trains leave the airport every 20 minutes, journey time is 30 minutes and the walk from the station to the property is an easy one. Timetable provided when booking.

Excellent apartment. Comfortable beds. Brilliant location with a 5 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I have 2 young kids and found the apartment very safe for them and had lots of beach toys available in the apartment already. Great cooking facilities for nights in. It was also great having the washing machine and dishwasher. Good showers and baths. Lovely evening sun on the balcony. Very smooth process checking in with Jackie and day of departure. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Las Paregolas Appartment

Brilliant apartment and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach front, restaurants and shops.

Nearest supermarket (Super Cor) is only a few minutes walk and is close to the train station which serves the coast of Torrmelinos, Benalmedena, Fuengirola and Malaga.

The apartment is actually in Los Boliches which is at the North end of Fuengirloa, access to the main coast road is simple and quick.

It is just 20 mins from Malaga airport.

We have used this apartment for 8 people for several years now (golfing trips) and it is very comfortable, clean and always well presented with good kitchen facilities along with a washing machine should you be inclined!

It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge and this works well.

Jackie is very helpful and will always go out of her way to accommodate additional requests where ever possible.

Secure car parking for 2 cars is very useful.

We will continue to use Jackie's apartment as it tick all the boxes for what we need.

Vietimme 4:n hengen perheen kanssa 2 talvikuukautta tässä 6:n kerroksen huoneistossa, joka on hieno, siisti ja erittäin valoisa asunto. Parvekkeelta näkee hieman rantaa ja matka hiekalle sekä Los Bolichesin keskustaan juna-asemineen on lasten kanssa kävellen vain 7 minuuttia.

Los Boliches is a lively beach side town situated on the eastern boundary of Fuengirola. There is a daily produce market, high street/ beach front tourist shopping. The largest street market on the coast is nearby. The apartments are just 500 meters from the beach and Promenade where you can take a stroll and rest a while in one of the many 'Churingitos' (beach bars). The beaches are sandy, well maintained and have sun loungers and parasols for hire, along with pedal boats, jet skis etc. The restaurants in the area cater for all tastes serving everything from snacks to full a La Carte menus. There is easy access to the main A7 and E15 toll road for those who wish to explore Andalucia. Golf is one of the great attractions of the coast there are over 40 courses within easy reach of the apartment... GOLFERS - NO DESIGNATED DRIVERS REQUIRED. Leave the car in the evenings and walk to the entertainment/restaurants.

Golf: GOLF PARTIES.

The apartment has secure underground parking for 2 cars and very easy access to the N340 & A7 road network which takes you to all the golf courses. A host of restaurants and bars with entertainment are all within easy walking distance of the apartment so the cars can be left in the evening.
