Description of the Chatham vacation house rental
This secluded, spacious, new constructed home on 1 1/2 acres, is located in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street. 5 minute drive to the Center of Chatham and 1 1/2 miles from Hardings Beach. Minutes from all summer fun, including beaches, boating, shopping, gourmet dining and the wonderful Chatham Band Concert.
This beautiful home features an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large deck, circular drive and a farmer's porch. First floor: Large master bedroom with queen size bed, full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room with sliders out to a large deck with outdoor furniture, gas BBQ grill and laundry room off the kitchen. Second floor: 3 large bedrooms with twin beds in each, and 2 full baths. There's a ceiling fan in every room. Lots of parking and a very safe place for children to play.

Enjoy boating, fishing and swimming at some of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. Seal cruises and Whale watching are always a favorite! You can catch a show in Hyannis, or stay in local Chatham for Summer Stock Theatre. Dining is ALWAYS a pleasure on the Cape. The family can enjoy fine dining at the many Chatham eateries. Shopping on Main Street is always fun too - lots of antiques, specialty gifts and elegant clothing boutiques.
One trip to the Cape, and you'll be 'hooked'!
