Our vacation home was built to allow you to enjoy the best of the Catskill mountain living. Located on Swinging Bridge Reservoir. Relax on three-fourths acre of cleared yard with a three-level cedar deck. Spend evenings on the deck or in our open living room with magnificent sunset and water views. Enjoy the use of our outdoor hot tub overlooking the nine-mile reservoir while relaxing to a premium high fidelity indoor/outdoor sound system. The home is equipped with high end amenities. Just 8 miles from the new Catskills Gambling Casino and 13 miles from Holiday Mountain Ski Resort. Located 90 miles from the George Washington Bridge.

This house was absolutely the perfect getaway house. It was right on the lake....When we went it was frozen over which made the scenery even more amazing...There are 4 spacious bedrooms and tons of room in the basement. I would love to go back in the summertime.
