This is a 3- Room-apartment. The living-room is tastefully furnished, there's a dining area, the couch can be changed into a bed for 2 persons. There's a telephone, a colour TV and a hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe in this apartment. The large bedroom with king size bed is furnished with a wardrobe and chests of drawers. TV is in the main bedroom. The smaller bed-room has two bulk beds. The Apartment is situated on the second floor. The rooms are 3.20 metres in height, there's stucco on the walls and real parquet. The windows are warmth isolated and in the same height as the rooms. The new fitted kitchen has been completely renovated: you'll have a stove with four ceramic fields a micro-wave oven, a normal oven, a washing machine with dryer etc. This kitchen has a large window, too. The bathroom, as well as the separate toilet, has been totally done up in November 2006. This apartment is suitable for five Guest. But we accept families with two parents and four kids.
