Brewster Vacation Rental house

The house is exactly as it looks in the photos, very clean and comfortable with pretty well kept flower gardens. It has the nicest out door shower we have had in a rental in 20+ years at the Cape, most in Brewster. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We enjoyed the screened room/porch spending most of our time there eating meals and playing games or just reading. Paines Creek area which is about a half mile away is easy to walk or drive to and is one of our favorite beach spots in Brewster. We are over 55 and have grown children, neither of whom could join us this year, so we took advantage and ate out or got take out for all of our meals. No cooking or clean up basically!! However, the kitchen is very well equipped. The best chowder we had this past week was at the Brewster Inn and Chowder House near the General Store. Very good food in general with friendly good service. The house is in a good central location in Brewster as well as on the Cape. It is a short walk to Kates Seafood a very popular fried food, ice cream spot. Although we were very disappointed in their chowder this year!! It is also a short, 5-10 min walk to the Lemon Tree Village shops which offer a nice variety of shops to browse and a sandwich shop which is quite good. We would recommend this house to anyone really.
