Your luxury vacation condo sleeps 6. Step out the door to pool, BBQ, outdoor dining, hot tub and fitness center. 1845 square feet with huge master bedroom. Furniture new in 2004. Granite counters and maple cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, computer with Internet access, new washer and dryer, 4 televisions (1 is 42' HD Plasma) with cable plus 2 CD/DVD players, stereo system and several CDs. Sorry, No country music. Large 2 car garage with openers. Very quiet part of development away from traffic. Quiet 2nd floor location where you won't hear neighbors. Kierland Greens Villas is in the hottest area of Scottsdale with some of the best restaurants, bars and golf courses in Phoenix/ Scottsdale. Kierland Greens fronts 27 hole Westin Kierland Golf Course. Walking distance to upscale Kierland Commons outdoor shopping district. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores and countless great restaurants.

Kierland Commons is home to a state-of-the-art outdoor shopping district and restaurants such as Mastro's Ocean Club, RA Sushi, P.F. Chang's, Morton's, Cheesecake Factory and lesser know but great spots such as Zinc Bistro and North Restaurant. Come to town for major league baseball Spring Training. Your location near the 101 loop will give you easy access to all the ballparks in the metropolitan area. You will be 5 minutes from TPC Scottsdale, home of the one-of-a-kind PGA Tour event FBR Open. Visit Taliesin West, the creation of master architect Frank Lloyd Wright, just a few miles to the east. You will be close to such great golf communites as Grayhawk and Troon North.
