Property sits on 1.2 acres of beautiful waterfront property. Pond is great for boating, fishing, and swimming. Canoe and/or paddle boat provided for tenant's use. Large waterfront area highlighted by private dock and flagpole. House is large, loaded with character, and sits right down on the water. House sits 200 feet from road in a private setting. There are three large bedrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second floor) and lots of skylights and windows throughout the house.

Distance from ocean: under 2 miles.

Distance from town: approximately 3 miles.

This lake Chatham House is amazing.

Their rating is 5 out of 5. "This lake Chatham House is amazing. We have gone for the past 3 summers and each trip has been better each time. The house is lovely and clean but the setting on the lake and the view are breathtaking. The house is accurately presented in the presentation, there are plenty of utensils and serving pieces and appliances in the kitchen. The living room and dining room are very gracious. The bedrooms are more than adequate with fine mattresses and closets are ample. The washer and dryer are great and heavy duty. Everything is great including the owners who are more than accommodating. It's a great place to come and unwind and a plus if you like boating and fishing"
