Charming apartment of 95 sq.m located in the old town of Obernai. For 6 people.
In the heart of Alsace, at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile and its wine road, it is the ideal place to discover and visit Alsace.
The loft is located in a newly renovated house, which is warmth and fully fitted to offer you much comfort and serenity.
It boasts a high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation with individual heat pump allowing air conditioning in summer.
There are 2 bedrooms with a large bed of 160x200 cm and a large wardrobe or closet.
You will also find a sofa bed of 160x190 cm.
There is one bathroom with a walk in shower and island unit bathtub, temperate soil and towel warmer.
Also, there is a large living room with a flat screen TV, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, a freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cooking utensils and crockery for 6 people.
You can also find a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing table.
Sheets are provided as well as the towels (2 per person). They are weekly changed or upon request (subject to an additional fee).
Located between Strasbourg (30 km away) and Colmar (45 km away), Obernai is the second most visited city in Bas-Rhin, close to Strasbourg.
During the summer period, Obernai organises many animated and tourist activities. During winter time, the Christmas markets can be found in Obernai and around Alsace.
At night and during weekends, you can park your car at the foot of the house. There is also a free parking lot 100 m away from the house.
Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not accepted.

Visit to Alsace

We stayed for 9 days at this location and it was perfect. Train station, grocery store and all other manner of amenities were just short, pleasant walks away. We rented a car and worked our way through the wine route in the Alsace and came "home" to relax. Hosts were attentive to the few inquiries we had to make. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, luminous, spotless apartment

This almost-brand-new apartment was one of the highlights of a 3-month tour of France; you simply could not ask for a nicer rental apartment. It is even better than the photos. The furniture is tasteful, stylish, and very comfortable, with nice bed and bath linens. The apartment is airy and luminous, with light pouring in from large windows and skylights. (The bedroom windows have sufficient covering that you can darken them for comfortable sleeping, however, and all windows are of very high quality and don't let noise in.) The kitchen is spacious and easy to work in, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The refrigerator was even equipped with wine for purchase, which we took advantage of, since it was very good wine at a reasonable price. (Our kind hosts gave us a bottle to try.) Although the apartment is several floors up, it's an easy walk up, with wide, well-lighted stairs. The shower works well, as does everything in the bathroom. There are many things to do in the area: you can bike or drive the wine routes (with many beautiful towns with chances for wine tasting and great Alsatian food), visit Mont St-Odile, or explore Strasbourg, which is an easy drive. Obernai is a pretty town and is very walkable; it has good restaurants (one right across the street from the apartment) and plenty of bakeries, boutiques, and other shops of interest. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends (and already have!). We hope to return in the future. Thank you, Thierry and Corine!

Bel appartement, emplacement premium Obernai !

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. L'emplacement au cœur du centre ville d'Obernai est un vrai plus et le parking gratuit est juste à côté. Juste équipez vous de masque pour dormir car pas de volets dans les chambres et les stores ne sont pas complètement occultant !
