This place beats all expectations. Gorgeous scenic views with superbly furnished rooms and charming Alpine atmosphere. Excellent layout, nice cozy rooms with every amenity one can imagine. Well kept with caring owner who really cares and communicates instantly. Excellent, fully equipped kitchen and outside grill are very comfortable and are perfect for family needs. Truly gorgeous location with close proximity to shopping and to all the nature that this beautiful state can offer. Highly recommended to all nature lovers. Looking forward to visiting this place next year.

This condo is perfect for a medium sized family, with all the amenities to make you feel instantly at home. Jeff called to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know how to reach him if necessary. The layout is wonderful, offering everyone some privacy. The view of Loon Mountain from the balcony is spectacular and the great collection of current best-sellers came in handy when the weather didn't cooperate. The boys and I had a great time exploring the White Mountains and reigning over the water volleyball in the pool. We have stayed in the area several times in the past, but this is by far my favorite place. Thanks for a great vacation

Our Family Vacation

The condo has everything that we needed and more it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with several good restaurants within a few minutes drive. Jeff and Dorie called to check on us and to let us know that they were available if needed. We visited Santa's Village, Story Land, and the Alpine slide, all of which were a short drive from the condo. The kids also enjoyed the gondola ride up Loon Mountain, the rock wall and the bungie jump. They also spent a couple of afternoons at the pools which we were able to walk to from the condo. I would recommend this condo to any family looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay to enjoy the area.

A Gem In the White Mountains

I have stayed At Jeff and Dorie's condo the last two winters for the kids school vacation and enjoyed it both times.The condo is beautiful.Nice furnishings and large enough for our famiy of 6.I have stayed in Lincoln before and this property is one of the best .The amenities of the pools and workout area alone are superior to many other properties.Staying in the Lincoln area you truly have access to vacations during all four seasons. Jeff and Dorie are plesant and accomodating and this condo is truly a gem in the White Mountains

If you are looking for a rental at Loon Mountain look no further. The pictures you see of this home really don't do it justice, it is way better than the photos posted. This home has it all, including an easy to reach owner who seems to care that you to have the best vaction possible. He took the time to call us on arrival day to make sure everything was ok. The property is well maintained, updated and clean and has a wonderful view of loon Mountain. Nothing was forgotten. There is wireless internet, tv's with cable in each room, a well equipped kitchen which has everything needed to cook a full meal and more. The linen closet had extra towels, etc, even a sewing kit if you needed it. The views are incredible. There is a large deck with a clean gas bbq which we enjoyed even in the cold weather. The living room has a gas fireplace and a wall of windows so from the warmth of it we enjoyed watching skiers, lifts and gondolas, sunsets, and at night the lights of the snow grooming machines. A shuttle bus stops at the end of the quiet cul de sac about every 20 mins going to and from Loon Mountain Ski area, ideal If all of your party do not want to leave or return home at the same time. I would definitely recommend this property to friends but I would not want young children staying in the loft area because the beds are on a wall with unprotected openings down to the living room. Not an issue for us though and we had the best time, better than we could have anticipated, and we would love to return.
