Book now for summer 2010! This comfortable authentic cape cottage, newly renovated in 2006, is nestled in one of Nantucket's most desirable surroundings, the historic Cliff area. Situated next to the old Vanderbilt Westmoor Farms, this neat four bedroom house with blue stone patio, outdoor shower and garden is only a half mile to Steps beach and an easy walk or bike ride to town. Located on Pilgrim road, the house is directly across from the Westmoor Tennis Club and is a 5-10 minute walk from Something Natural. Pilgrim road is a quiet, secluded dirt road the winds past the Westmoor farm from Cliff road to West Chester street. The house is fully furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, yard and garden w/patio and off street parking. The house has a brand new kitchen and bar area, new master bathroom and new exterior and professional landscaping.
