Luxury condo just completed in July 2005!! Be among the first to enjoy our brand new luxury condo located on the top floor of the Pines at Orehouse. We take pride in offering all the accommodations of home! You will be 'Wowed'' as soon as you open the front door. All furnishings are elegant and new. The gourmet fully equipped kitchen includes granite-slab countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating. The living room provides a grand river stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, 32 inch TV/DVD, a queen-size sleeper sofa. The large top floor deck includes a private barbecue and magnificent views of Steamboat Ski Resort, Yampa Valley and Emerald Mountain. In the master bedroom enjoy vaulted ceilings, views of the ski mountain, a king-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and TV/DVD. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds, adjoining bathroom, and games and toys for the kids. The loft offers a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and TV/VCR.
