Beautiful townhouse located in a quiet, woodsy area of the private resort of Waterville Estates. It is just 1/4 mile from the million dollar recreation center (up to 4 free guest passes with your stay). It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, plus a queen-size sofa bed and double futon in the loft. There are 1 1/2 baths and an open kitchen, dining room, living room area. There are cathedral ceilings with skylights, wall to wall carpeting, sliding glass doors to private deck with running stream.

Immaculate & well maintained Waterville Estates is a unique community located in the heart of the White Mountains and surrounded by four major ski areas and top rated golf courses. The following amenities are available to you free at the sports complex: tennis courts, lighted basketball court, 2 indoor pools, an outdoor pool, a professional weight and exercise room, Jacuzzis, saunas, game room, and restaurant bar. Discount tickets to Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain and Cranmore Mountain.

It was very clean & comfortable " )
Three couples stayed to ski for the weekend it was very nice peaceful a little further away from Wildcat then expected it is more for familys with children under 16 I would return with my two step children or just a weekend with my husband.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed over MLK week. Great spot, very quiet, clean, has everything you need. LOVED the rec center pool!
