Quiet neighborhood. Secluded yard. Tastefully furnished. Large deck with outdoor shower and enclosed porch. Living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath and enclosed bedroom on first floor. 2 loft bedrooms and shower bathroom on second floor. 3 queen beds. Sleeps 6. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/fully equipped kitchen including a lobster pot and outdoor grill. Located on Ocean side of Rte 6. 5 minute walk to Duck Pond. Walk/run/bike to Great Pond (1.5 miles) or Cahoon Hollow Beach (2 miles). This is a no-smoking house. Rental agreement and security deposit. More information will be provided if there is interest.
