Spectacular one-of-a-kind Island getaway across from Newport, the William Tyler Page Estate is located on the southern tip of scenic Jamestown near Beavertail lighthouse. The Main House has 3 bedrooms and a Tower Room which serves as a 4th bedroom. The first floor is open concept living with fireplace, dining & gourmet kitchen areas. French Doors lead to TV room & 1st floor bedroom. Screened porch off of kitchen/dining area, 5 Decks. Jacuzzi tub in Master bedroom, sitting room on 2nd floor with fireplace overlooking family room & ocean.
Safe & secluded property is situated on Hull Cove with private beach & access to rocks overlooking the entrance to Narragansett Bay. Downtown Newport can be accessed by car in less than 15 minutes. The Jamestown ferry offers a scenic ride on Narragansett Bay & drops passengers off in the heart of Newport.
