Our new three bedroom, two and a half bath, town home is located at 211 S. Fletcher, directly across the street from the Atlantic-blue ocean! This upscale home features a bright and airy living and dining area with brand-new seating in both areas. For your entertainment, we have televisions in the living area and 2 bedrooms with cable and a VCR/DVD player in the living room. This beautiful, new two-story town home is a spacious 2200 square feet - plenty of room for your family and friends to relax and enjoy the expansive view of the ocean. Walk along the beach or sit on either the private upstairs balcony or downstairs deck and listen to the surf in the evening or watch the sun rise over the ocean in the morning. Hike in nearby Fort Clinch State Park or stroll along the marina and visit the unique shops, artist studios and restaurants in historic Fernandina Beach.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, NEW townhouse. With two floors, there's room for people to spread out and yet we spent a lot of time together in the large, open great room too. We enjoyed using the upper deck; four of us often had dinner out there (large family). With the ocean a four minute walk across the street and down a lovely path, we went there several times a day. Shopping in Fernandina Beach is so close and has many delightful little stores to explore. We visited Fort Clinch - a must for any history lover - and took a pontoon boat to see Cumberland Island. All of these made for a wonderful and memorable week. Of all the places we looked at in person, this was top of the list! Will plan to come again.
