Welcome to our vacation home in Ariel Dunes II, Destin’s newest luxury high-rise condominium, located within the incomparable Seascape Resort.
Our unit is located on the 14th floor, providing you with a completely unobstructed view of the coast. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath platinum unit features 9 foot ceilings, beautiful 18x18 porcelain tile, set on the diagonal, throughout the common areas and plush carpet within each bedroom. The living room is furnished with an inviting loveseat and cozy sofa (which is a sleeper sofa, offering an additional 2 sleeping accommodations), with a 50' plasma, flat panel HDTV and DVD player.
Your guests can enjoy an evening cocktail at the bar with its 3 comfortable bar stools, while you prepare a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Everyone can then continue into the dining area; which boasts a large and spacious table with seating for six.
Our kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances: there is a brand new LG refrigerator with French Doors, filtered water & automatic ice maker, GE dishwasher, GE self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in GE microwave. You will find that our kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, brand new coffee & espresso maker, crockpot, electric pancake griddle, blender, and toaster - everything you could possibly need! To round it all off, the granite countertops, tumbled marble tile backsplash, and the beautiful wood cabinetry all serve to enhance the rich elegance throughout our vacation home.
The master bedroom is presented with classic elegance. You will not miss the comfort of your own bed as this one has been outfitted with the finest custom linens and fabrics. The king size bed has a luxurious pillow-top, adorned with 400 thread-count sheets and lots of comfy pillows. A wide 40' LCD flat screen HDTV sits atop the full length dresser. A hotel quality safe stores all valuables, including large laptops, and electronics. The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub with a warm tile back splash, and a separate shower. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom, offering a romantic late night view of the sunset!
The second bedroom features two twin size beds with a beautiful dresser and separate closet. It also has its own 20' LCD flat screen HDTV and DVD player, and Xbox. This bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. The view from the guest bedroom is impressive, providing a peaceful look across the Seascape golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
There is a ton of extra storage space to help keep everyone's belongings tucked away. A separate laundry room with a full size, LG front loading washer and dryer are available within our unit. There is room here to sleep the baby/toddler in his own room for privacy. We provide a pak and play, stored behind the washer (please bring your own linens).
Free wireless internet access is also at your disposal. You will also have a XBox 360 gaming system available to help keep all ages entertained while Mom and Dad are preparing dinner, or on that one rainy afternoon!
Ariel Dunes is the perfect getaway, whether you’re a family of two, four, or six, Ariel Dunes has so much to offer! No matter if your stay is in July or January, you will love the variety of activities available to you. There is an 18-hole golf course on the property; a championship course is located within minutes of our unit, at Emerald Bay. Eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, well-equipped on-site gym (complete with cardio equipment, machines, and free-weights), a sauna and steam room.
There are three pools totaling 11,000 square feet. Both children and parents alike will love the benefits of the zero-entry pool and waterfall. Toddlers love to crawl around in 2 inches of water!
There is also world class shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet center, Silver Sands. There you will find everything you could ever want from Nike, Under Armor, Kenneth Cole, Nautica, J. We love to spend time at our vacation home with our family of four daughters and sons-in-law and our 10 grandchildren (ages 6 months to 8.5 yrs). But when we cannot be there, we would love to have you as a guest in our home.
