Description of the Yarmouth vacation house rental
Very large luxury , beautifully totally restored 1856 schoolhouse. Ideal for family reunions, gatherings, retreats, golf groups, corporate seminars and wedding accommodations. Seven large bedrooms and seven large baths. Five of the baths have two person Jacuzzis. This home is over 4,500 sq ft, on over 1/2 acre of park like grounds with beautiful gardens, and full playground. Very large gourmet kitchen, large 17 ft dining table, 30 ft sunroom,. Each floor has it's own central air conditioning system. Linens and many amenities included. digital color TV with HBO channels DVD and VCR players. Large private hot tub, under the second floor back deck.

- The Olde School House is an incredible home for family reunions. It was the original Yarmouth School House, then the Yarmouth Library, then it was moved two lots over to it's currently location and completely restored/converted to a luxury large home. All bedrooms are very large. All seven bedrooms have their own private bath. The five upstairs baths are very large and have jacuzzi tubs. This home has two central air systems, a large gourmet kitchen, two refrigerators, a professional stove with large oven, plus a wall oven. The grounds are park like, with gardens, full playground, gazebo, sandbox, horseshoe court, and large private hot tub under the upstairs deck. Full linens, but beach towels and beach chairs are included. Numerous list of amenities provided upon request.
