This is a fantastic property located on Lamberts Cove Road in West Tisbury, just a half mile from Lamberts Cove Beach and one mile from Seth's Pond. The house is an updated 1850s farmhouse with wonderful amenities and tastefully decorated with many wonderful antique pieces. It is situated on almost three acres with lovely grounds and plantings.

The first floor consists of a large country kitchen, dining room, living room, den with fireplace, one bath with shower, a screened back porch and an inviting open front porch. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, 1 double, one twin, and one bathroom with a clawfoot tub. There are two stairwells to the second floor which can separate the master bedroom from the rest of the second floor.

There is an outdoor shower and grill on the bricked patio at the rear of the house. The house offers every possible convenience for a wonderful Martha's Vineyard vacation.

Martha's Vineyard offers a myriad of attractions and fun things to do. The house is only a half mile from wonderful Lamberts Cove Beach (sticker provided) and a mile from Uncle Seth's Pond.

There are many walking trails nearby as well as many fine restaurants. Lamberts Cove Road is centrally located on the island, a short ride to Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs for shopping and dining and close enough to up-island for more beautiful scenic vistas.

We had a two-week great vacation at Ann's house. It's a sprawling, clean farmhouse perched on a small hill with lots of room, tasteful decor, and is very comfortable. Ann was incredibly helpful and accessible via email whenever we had a question. Our three kids (5, 8, and 11) had a blast, and grandparents visited, too. The kids loved the HUGE yard though they barely left the hammock. We cooked lots of meals (including fish we caught ourselves). Loved the reading selection on the shelves! It's just a short walk to Lambert's Cove, which is lovely; there was an art installation there one day and another day I saw a giant tortoise!
