1 Bedroom, 1 Bath plus 2 children's bunks in hallway alcove- sleeps 4-6

If you are looking to be right on the beach at an affordable price, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort cannot be beat! Our villa is lovely and newly-remodelled, pretty and bright, and about as close to the beach entry as you can get. When we stay there, we make coffee in the fully-equipped kitchen, grab a mug and take a long walk on the beach each morning or rent bikes on site. There's one of the largest pools on the island (with kiddy pool), beach-side grill/tiki bar with seasonal music, barbecue area, kids playground, a very nice on site restaurant and store, ten lighted tennis courts and more. The grounds are nicely landscaped with palm trees and flowers. Our villa has one bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and all new carpets, paint and Waverly comforter/linens. The bath is newly redone - bright and clean. There is a sunny living area with ocean view balcony, comfortable sleep sofa (miracle foam is a miracle!) and dining area.

There are also two built-in kids' bunk beds in the hallway sleeping alcove. Our 7 and 10 year olds love them and it means you can separate the kids for sleeping and have access to your bedroom and living room.

We can't imagine staying in a hotel room after experiencing this! You can save time and money by using the kitchen for some meals. We've supplied just about everything you need, even beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. There are two TVs with DVD (we even stock some movies for our guests.) We have also contracted with a great cleaning firm to ensure everything is perfect when you arrive. You will not be disappointed!

We own two other properties on HHI, same resort. We now have 2 one bedroom and a two bedroom villa less than 70 feet apart, great for multi family and friends. We have been coming to HHI for over twenty years and decided to 7 years ago.

The resort property is beachside and offers many of the amenities you would find in a hotel resort. The pool is huge and sits right by the beach for great views. It is also next to the beach side grill/tiki bar where you can enjoy a quick snack or beverage. The beach is one of the island's best. Despite the central, mid-island location, the beach is not crowded because the resort owns a large expanse and there is some distance to other properties. The resort offers on site tennis, bike rentals, kids playground and a very popular restaurant. We're right in the center of activity, so shops, restaurants, mall/outlet mall, groceries, everything is within minutes or even a bike ride.

Golf: Hilton Head Island has a dozen plus course, the front desk of HHBTR has the current pricing profile for guest.
