This 3RD FLOOR unit overlooks the pool and has a magnificent view of the ocean which is only steps away from the condominium. Hear the waves all day and night long. We are located in the middle of a three building landscaped low-rise complex.
The unit has direct access to the staircase from the parking lot. Excellent location!! Just a stroll down the hallway puts you on the wide sandy beach of the Grand Strand. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with an ocean view could not be better. The three-story, all wood construction of these units and open-air hallways provide a laid-back vacation atmosphere. Great to just kick back and relax. We offer spectacular views of sunsets and sunrises.
This two-bedroom (one queen-size, two twin, two bunk beds and queen-size sofa bed) two-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six people with most amenities. You must bring your own sheets and towels and there is no elevator in the building. We have ceiling fans, heating/cooling units, cable TV with DVD/VCR player, large closets, dresser and mirror in each bedroom, alarm clocks. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and blender. We offer two beach chairs and an umbrella.
There are two swimming pools with deck chairs, park benches, picnic tables, barbecues, outdoor showers. Gated parking for security during summer months. There are washer and dryer facilities on the first floor of each building (coin-operated.) Bring Quarters.
Secluded, yet easy access to everything. Close to famous Restaurant Row, endless shopping and attractions at Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, plus over 100 excellent golf courses and a dozen mini golf courses, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Ripley’s Aquarium, Hard Rock Café, Margaritaville, Carolina Opry, and Dixie Stampede.
Nascar restaurant, great fishing, and much more in the vibrant Grand Strand area! Also near the Kroger’s grocery store which is open 24 hours a day. Airport is less than 20 minutes away! From our beach we can take a walk to the Apache Pier. This pier is the longest on the East Coast. For a nominal fee, they offer shows in the summer months in the evening on the pier.
Facility rules prohibit pets and motorcycles, trailers, boats and campers. NO smoking allowed in the condominium. Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age. We require a 30% deposit of your rental fee to secure your vacation. We also require a $200.00 security deposit that you will receive back when we receive the key back and the unit has been inspected for damage. The balance of your rental is due 3 weeks prior to the start of your vacation. This must be a cashier’s check or money order made payable to WCT Properties. We will mail you the key and directions upon receipt of your balance.
For your safety and peace of mind; we have added smoke detectors in both bedrooms and fire extinguisher in the kitchen.

A Place at The Beach III Association rules PROHIBITS PETS, MOTORCYCLES, CAMPERS, TRAILERS, and BOATS. These items are NOT allowed on the premises, including the parking lots and all associated areas.
We are the Hergenhan family and we purchased this unit as a vacation home many years ago.
It was a great get-away location with great food and attractions at that time. It has grown tremendously since then and is now an ideal family location.
It is somewhat secluded from the rush of beach travelers but still very close to all attractions and restaurants within 15 minutes to half an hour. We are right on the beach, which is clean and not overly crowded.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
