Enjoy some fun in the sun! Bright open floor plan with plenty of sunshine in every room waiting for you at the most desirable vacation area in the northeast, Long Beach Island! New construction side-by-side townhome. This house is roomy (approx. 2,000 square feet). 4 bedrooms total: The downstairs bedroom suite has a bathroom and private deck. The upstairs master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck. Other upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and deck of their own! Spacious living room, dining room, breakfast bar. The backyard is large, private, and perfect for your family picnic or simple rest and relaxation during those warm Summer evenings. For those of you new to 'LBI', it is a barrier island at Exit 63 off of the Garden State Parkway.

The house was beautiful! It had everything we could possibly need. It was a short 4-5 blocks from the ocean and all of the local family entertainment.
