It features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, jacuzzi whirlpool bath, fireplace, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, screened in porch, cathedral ceilings, second floor deck, spacious outdoor patio and large great room. Perfect for two families. The gourmet kitchen includes a coffee grinder, spices, a microwave, and seafood steamer. A charcoal grill is available. Clean up the kitchen with a state of the art dishwasher included. The home is fully air-conditioned. All utilities and end-of-vacation cleaning are included. There are no hidden fees. Permissions: No smoking, No pets.

- During our vacation to Ocean City we found that the property was accurate regarding the description.
- The house was extremely clean upon initial arrival.
- Owner provided the neccessary information prior to check in.
- The property will be recommended to friends and family.
- Gas stations, restauraunts and all other convenience stores are all within minutes drive.
- Beach and boardwalk are easy access within a short drive.
