Bartlett Vacation Rental condo

The condo was clean and well maintained inside. Outside there are a few issues, but nothing that affected us. It's a pleasant complex, quiet, no speeding cars, so it was good for kids.

Everything - including kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathrooms - was quite functional. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, even spices! We could have used a few more towels, though, in the bathrooms. Bring your own beach towels if you plan to go to the river or Attitash's water attractions. And make sure you bring some toilet paper. You will run out.

Owner happily provided us access to a second set of keys given that there were 2 couples (and a 12-year old child) staying.

Condo is close to many attractions, hiking, and restaurants. By using West Side Road and the Conway bypass, it is easy to avoid much of North Conway's traffic. It is also a good location if you like to walk or run.

While we enjoyed one experience, others might want to be aware of it. As we were unloading our 2 cars, a bear helped himself to a package of english muffins. The bag of groceries was sittin gon the ground next to the car. He wasn't at all aggressive, just "patient" and clever enough to wait for the right moment when no one was near the car.

The only thing that didn't impress us much was the pool. It was a bit on the small side and kind of green with all the chlorine they used. Our 12-year old got tired of dodging all the little kids in it. It did appear to be great for younger families.

place was very clean. lots of books and puzzles available for the kids. Ground level so you could walk out the back door. my 4 year old grandson LOVED sleeping on the top bunk.

The pool was very nice and a small playground for the kids was great too.

This is a great place to vacation with your family and the owners are really great to work with. The ammenties offered at the condo are great, our child really enjoys the video collection, toys, games and puzzles. We have stayed in this condo a week each year for the past 4 years. The location of this condo is great for day hikes and just traveling around the White Mountains. We have enjoyed the extra ammenties of condo (pool, playground,etc ). The rental unit is always very clean, well decorated and well stocked (paper products, etc). We will be definetly be going back.
