Description of the Provincetown vacation studio rental
Cheerful and light waterfront condo in the popular Bull Ring Wharf. Look out the window as you wake and take in the view of Cape Cod Bay. Then, you can enjoy breakfast on the large patio overlooking the ocean.
The condo is located in the heart of P-town, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, but away from the noise of the street. Newly renovated and redecorated, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen, BOSE entertainment center, cable TV, comfortable sofa, and queen-size bed. You don't need to climb stairs, as it is on the ground floor of a two story building.
The unit sleeps 2 comfortably, but a third person may sleep on the sofa bed which pulls out into a twin bed. Parking for one car is available on site.
We ask for a 50% deposit to complete a reservation. Balance and damage deposit are due 30 days before the start of rental. We accept personal checks and money orders.

The condo is within easy walking distance to many restaurants, and is only five blocks from the ferry. There are many unusual specialty shops in the area, including clothing, gifts, ceramics, art galleries, but Provincetown is best known for it's lively nightlife, especially in the summer. We personally enjoy walking on the break water all the way out to the tip of the Cape and strolling along the beach at night, taking in the sea breezes.
