Enjoy a short walk (.3 miles - 5 minutes) to the community private beach for a morning swim. Launch your small boat or kayak and gain access to the Child's River, Waquoit Bay and Eel Pond for a short boating adventure to beautiful and secluded beaches on Washburn Island Natural Reserve Area. Upon return enjoy a refreshing shower in the Outdoor Backyard Shower; relax on the backyard deck in the sun or under the canopy or take a snooze in the shade on the backyard Hammock. Life is good.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and have loved Cape Cod all of my life. I live about 1.5 hours drive away from the property in Framingham MA with my wife and 10 year old daughter and our Dauchsund Dog 'Oscar'. This house was bought as an investment originally but we fell in love with the area so I bought out my investment partner to keep it in the family and allow my daughter and her friends to grow up with the 'Cape Cod' experience. It has been nice to bring other family members and friends to stay with us the during the weeks that we use the house ouselves as it can comfortably sleep 6-8 people.

One of the main advantages we provide is affordable, comfortable and safe living near the ocean for the whole family including your dog. As dog lovers we hated to leave our dog home while on vacation. When my daughter was younger it was hard to relax as we had to constanly 'keep an eye on her.' So we built a fenced in back yard to provide security and freedom for her and our dog and relaxation and peace of mind for my wife and I. The neigborhood is quiet and safe located on a salt water penninsuala with no through traffic. Activities available include swimming, fishing; small craft boating; public boat lauch nearby; nice for walks down the quiet neighborhood roads; fenced in backyard, refreshing outdoor shower; Back deck with canopy for eating outside; hammock swing in back yard
What makes this house unique
Some of the things that I fell in love with about my home is the total relaxation it provided. I sleep really well when vacationing here. After going boating or to the beach I enjoy just sitting outside on the back deck under the sun; taking a nap in the backyard hammock, dining outside under the back deck canopy; Total relaxation - no worries about the dog or small kids as they are safe and secure inside the fenced in yard. I love walking to community beach for an early morning swim and a refreshing outdoor shower afterward; Walking dogs and letting them swim after sticks at the deeded easements is also great fun.
