Our three bedroom Cape Cod rental cottage is nestled on a 1/4 acre lot in a seacoast community situated on a salt water peninsula. It has a very large and private fenced in back yard. This recently renovated 3 BR ranch offers family comfort and privacy at an affordable price. Excellent for young children, the house is located in a quiet residential area 1.25 miles from Route 28 on a peninsula called Seacoast Shores. Bring the kids and bring your boat! The property has deeded rights to a private community beach and boat ramp. Large driveway provides parking for cars and a boat trailer inside the fenced yard. Enjoy a short walk to the community private beach for a morning swim. Launch your small boat and gain access to the Childs River leading to Eel Pond. Eel Pond provides a deep water access to Nantucket Sound. The home has two separate living areas - a living room and den, each with cable TV and internet access. One room equipped with DVD.
