IF you would like to rent a home on one of the top golf courses in Arizona then this house in Las Sendas is the place for you. You are literally minutes from the club house. You wake up in the morning with the sun rising to lighten your bedroom. You make your coffee and go out on the patio and watch the sun come up. You have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains as you lay in the pool and soak up the warm desert sun. The house has all the amenities to support you and all your stores are very close by, within minutes.

Nearest Airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor at 25 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Power Road and the 202 Freeway at 2 Miles

In Las Sendas there are trails for hiking, bike riding, and has it's own Trailhead Club that will take care of your massages, facials, etc. There is a lake that is not more than 15 minutes from the house with camping, fishing, boating and it's own restaurant. The Lake, Saguaro is approximately 15-20 miles from the house. On the way to the lake are some camp grounds with the opportunity to go rafting on the river. 10 minutes from the house is Falcon Field if old planes interest you as you can see them landing all day long from anywhere around the house. Mesa has several other golf courses within a short drive, and Mesa is a fast growing community with the new 202 freeway passing by the house, which will only enhance the journey to get there. The house is located approximately 25 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport and all you have to do is follow the signs to the 202 to get there.
