Four famous lighthouses are within minutes of our home including the most photographed Canadian lighthouse, East Quoddy Head Harbour Passage Light. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area including deer, bald eagles, osprey, whales and seals. A nine hole golf course, bold rocky and sweeping sand beaches, picnic areas, scenic lookouts, whale watch tours, hiking trails and relaxing seafood restaurants provide entertainment, adventure and enjoyment. In summer, ride the ferries to Campobello Island, Eastport, ME and mainland Canada. Day trips might include a visit to beautiful St. Andrews, New Brunswick or Bar Harbor, Maine where upscale seaside shopping, sightseeing and dining may be found. Friendly people, nature's bounty, quiet moments and no traffic light for 40 miles will make your visit special.
