Home offers 3 beds & 1 bath on the main level and an in-law apartment that has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath..perfect for vacationing w/friends/in-laws & still getting your privacy. This is an owner used home w/nice personal touches. It is checked weekly by us for the benefit of the guest leaving and arriving. Located in a quiet neighborhood safe & fun for children! Parking for 4 and an easy walk to beach. We provide everything you'll need for a fun vacation-beachchairs, lobster pots, grills, boogie boards, 3 TVS, DVDs, cable, wireless Internet, phone, wash/dryer, dishwasher. Avoid the parking-walk! We take pride in our home and look forward to renters returning every year, sitting on our Adirondack chairs and enjoying RI just as much as we do! Best thing to do in Narragansett is RELAX and hang out with the family or friends at Scarborough Beach a quick walk from this house. Cleaning $75

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • An August 17th check in instead of the 16th is possible---Sun-Sat instead of Sat-Sat $1900 instead.
  • Summer 2012 rates $2250 (some June weeks are less)
    Inquire for discount if you book more than one week.
    The apartment below is is totally separate and private and is part of the rental fee during the summer.
    Main House has 3 bedrooms sleeps 6-apartment below has 2 smaller bedrooms sleeps 4
    Inquire for shorter or longer stays.

    There is a:
    $75 cleaning fee plus $250 refundable deposit

    Rentals are Saturday-Saturday---Sunday or Monday check in possible-inquire for rate.
    Check in at 3pm, check out 10am. unless otherwise specified.

    I would consider weekends or shorter stays-
    Email us for Sept-May week or weekend rates-Will definitely consider longer Fall/Winter and/or Spring stays. Inquire for rates. If you are a single grad student/professor looking for an off season place to stay inquire for a monthly rate.

  • Laundry is in separate room on the side of the house. There are seperate fans in each bedroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans all other rooms have regular fans. Every room is decorated in a clean, blue, 'beachy' theme. We clean all bed covers throughout the season. Duvet covers/bed covers are new and from Pottery Barn, LL Bean & Laura Ashley. This is an owner used home and you will notice the personal touches throughout. All you need to bring is sheets/towels. If you are flying in to the area we can provide these for you at an additional charge.

Notes: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. There are never any exceptions to this. We strive to keep this house very clean and allergy free. Bed setup: 1 queen, 4 twins upstairs. 1 double and 2 twins downstairs. 2 Baths & 2 Kitchens. Iron, ironing board; lobster pot and everything you may need for a fun relaxing beach vacation! There is a patio in the back of the house that has a table, umbrella & 6 chairs plus lounge. There is a gas grill in back as well. Side of the house has 2 Adirondacks and a charcoal grill if you prefer the taste of charcoal...your choice! Each unit has one of everything. Washer and Dryer is shared-seperate room on the side of the house. Main House & apartment only rented together mid June-Mid September. Main house only available Mid September-Mid June at a discounted rate.

Loved this home!!

I spent a week at this home the two past summers with my family. The house is absolutely spotless and a very short walk to the beach.

The home had everything I could ask for. Everything in the home was new. Pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and all. I loved every minute of our vacation in this home. I can not say enough good things about it.

Don't forget to go to the local dock and get your fresh lobsters and you can bet there is even an oversized lobster pot in the kitchen and lobster cracks in the kitchen draws. So many good things to list in one review. I loved this home!!!

A breath of fresh air!

I cant' say enough about this property and the owners!

The minute you walk in the door you feel at home! The cottage is decorated and equipted with everything you could possibly want or need!

For those of us who don't cook there's great resturants close by too! I even found a great massage therapist while I was there.

I've stayed at the cottage in January and July and I can honestly say that during both times of the year there's so much to do. Great shopping! It's always so mcuh fun and yet so relaxing!

Having teenagers, it was great to have a complete kitchen and bath with a sperate entrance downstairs. My son loved it!

It's a quite neighborhood, great for kids and within walking distance to the beach! The beach was very clean and the sunsets were indescribable!

You won't be sorry you stayed here!

Home away from home!

What a beautiful house!!! We have stayed several times and will go back again and again. It is walking distance to Scarborough Beach and close enough driving distance to anything else you may need. The house is decorated so nicely with a "beachy/cottage" theme and VERY clean. It has all of the necessities such as a washer and dryer, fully functional kitchen, phone, tvs, internet access, etc. Neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. I LOVE this house and can't wait to go back.

Thank you Bill and Kristen for offering us your great home last summer. Your personal touches made all the difference. We love your decorations and truly felt like this was our home away from home at the beach. We especially appreciated how clean your house is because our children suffer from terrible allergies. House was an easy walk (5 minutes) and was exactly as you described it. You obviously try very hard and it shows. We hope to visit again this year.
