Beautiful luxury house: Walls of windows in every room. 2 bedroom, plus 3rd floor private loft (no door) (sleeps 6 easily). Air conditioning, 2 full baths, each with large shower and built in hairdryer. Jacuzzi tub in master bath. Washer/dryer in first floor bath. Outside shower. 3 decks (off of kitchen, master bedroom and 3rd floor loft) Fully equipped kitchen including electric range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes & silverware, lobster pot, and blender. Seating at breakfast bar for 3-4. Eating area seats 6 comfortably, sliders to deck. Living area includes TV/VCR (with cable), telephone, stereo equipment & gas fireplace. Master bedroom has a king bed and dresser, sliders to deck. 2nd bedroom has one twin bed and one full-size bed. 3rd floor loft contains king bed, TV/VCR (with cable), sink, small fridge and sliders to deck. Location: Eastern Massachusetts < Massachusetts < USA

This property is located right at the edge of the basin. Water laps up to the deck at high tide. Always an amazing view. Kayak right from the deck. There is beautiful scenery, wildlife and people watching at all times. There is a nature reserve about a mile away- with a beach and walking and biking trails. Fishing at the end of the island and off of the beach across the street. Downtown Newburyport has many restaurants, shops and activities. Gloucester and Rockport are great day trips. Boston is about an hour away (driving) or one can take the train in from Newburyport.

What to bring: Sunscreen, shampoo, and other personal items, beach blankets, cooler, food and drinks, beach toys, floats, rafts, windsurf equipment, etc. bikes, child related supplies - high chair, child life preservers, portacrib, etc. Wireless internet service included.

Waterfront Location: This is a waterfront home. The water laps right up to the deck at high tide. The house is located directly on the basin, and is across the street from the ocean. The beach is never crowded at this end of the island, as there is no where for those without a house to park.
