Just a five minute drive away from Kingsburg and Hirtle's beaches, two of the most beautiful expanses of sandy seashore in Nova Scotia. Once you are completely relaxed, and it won't take long, you can explore Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just ten minutes away by car. A twenty minute drive takes you to Mahone Bay, home of the Mahone Bay Boat Festival. Both these quaint towns have excellent restaurants, museums, lovely streets, antique and craft shops, and artisans' studios. Halifax, Atlantic Canada's Entertainment capital, is an hour away, so if you really need to be in a city you can do so easily. We bet that the cozy charm of The Rose Cape House will entice you to sit and relax and stay put.
